- Assist the governance board with policy decisions.
- Participate in annual strategic planning retreat.
Membership
- Up to 50 members
- One year terms
- No term limits
- Chair sits on governing board
Meeting Schedule Up to 10 Meetings Per Year
- January – Agency Strategic Retreat (all Boards)
- Feb-May – set schedule according to agency event schedule
- Summer Meeting – Goal Review (all Boards)
- Sept-Nov – set schedule according to agency event schedule
- December – Holiday party
