All training sessions will be held at the Big Brothers Big Sisters main office, the Harvey E. Najim South Texas Mentoring Resource Center, located at 10843 Gulfdale, San Antonio, TX 78216

| The 40 Assets | Volunteers will learn how to effective at outcomes and will learn about our Achievement Tracker | After 3 months of being matched |
| BBBS Kids: Cultural Competency | Volunteers will get a description of kids, families, child development, cultural competency, privilege, and values | Anytime after Mentor Orientation |
| “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do” | Volunteers will learn how to properly close their match (if needed) | Anytime after Mentor Orientation |
| Big’s Roundtable: Various Topics | Any of our Mentors can request a roundtable topic | Anytime after being matched |
| Parent Orientation | Parents will learn the process, expectations, and engagement opportunities | At the beginning of the process |
| Parent/Child Safety | Parents and their Children will learn how to keep kids safe | Prior to being matched and annually on your match anniversary |
